(2) Recommendation: The Resources Development Committee recommends that the Board of Directors approve the following motion: Motion that the Board of Directors: (a) Authorize the General Manager to terminate Water Supply Contract No. 2424, as amended, between the Trinity River Authority of Texas and the Tarrant Regional Water District, effective upon the execution of the 2025 direct contract between the city of Ennis and the Tarrant Regional Water District; and (b) Authorize the General Manager to terminate Water Supply Contract No. 2487, as amended, between the Trinity River Authority of Texas and the Tarrant Regional Water District, effective upon the execution of the 2025 direct contract between Freestone Power Generation, L.P., and the Tarrant Regional Water District.
