YEAR 2024. Pg. 629 Memorandum dated May 31, 2023 from Manager, Regulatory Services and Compliance, NR. (1) Explanation by Megan W. Deen and Matthew S. Jalbert. (2) Recommendation: The Utility Services Committee recommends that the Board of Directors approve the following motion: Motion that the Board of Directors: (a) Adopt the Regulatory Services Fee Schedule for Contracts for the period beginning December 1, 2023 through November 30, 2024; and (b) Authorize the General Manager to execute individual Contracts for Regulatory Services between the Trinity River Authority of Texas and entities seeking services.
