FEE INCREASE. Pg. 1090 Memorandum dated September 11, 2023 from Assistant Manager, Administration, Lake Livingston Project. (1) Explanation by Megan W. Deen and William E. Holder. (2) Recommendation: The Utility Services Committee recommends that the Board of Directors approve the following motion: Motion that the Board of Directors authorize the execution of Water Quality Surveillance Contracts by the Southern Region Executive Manager in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A, and further approve a fee increase for services thereunder from $625 per month to $700 per month.
