(2) Recommendation: The Administration and Audit Committee recommends that the Board of Directors approve the following motion: Motion that the Board of Directors authorize the General Manager to execute the three-year contract renewal between the Trinity River Authority of Texas and Infor (US), LLC, in the amount of $822,778.49 to provide for Infor Lawson Finance Software.
