(2) Recommendation: The Administration and Audit Committee recommends that the Board of Directors approve the following motion: Motion that the Board of Directors approve the Annual Budget of the Trinity River Authority of Texas for Fiscal Year 2024 and direct the Secretary to include a copy thereof with the Minutes of the Board Meeting.
