THE CITY OF ARLINGTON. Pg. 529 Memorandum dated September 15, 2023 from Manager, Risk and Safety, Administrative Services. (1) Explanation by Lewis H. McMahan and Taylor L. Huynh. (2) Recommendation: The Administration and Audit Committee recommends that the Board of Directors approve the following motion: Motion that the Board of Directors authorize the General Manager to execute the Lease Agreement between the Trinity River Authority of Texas and the City of Arlington, Texas, for a term of ten years ending December 1, 2033, with an option for two five-year extensions, in substantially the form presented.
