Recommendation: The Utility Services Committee recommends that the Board of Directors approve the following motion: Motion that the Board of Directors authorize the General Manager to execute the contract change order between the Trinity River Authority of Texas and Envirosuite, Inc. increasing the total cost to an amount not to exceed $555,000. 8
