ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES AGREEMENT, AND MATERIALS TESTING SERVICES AGREEMENT. Pg. 401 Memorandum dated May 20, 2026 from Deputy General Manager. (1) Explanation by John W. Jenkins and Glenn C. Clingenpeel. (2) Recommendation: The Resources Development Committee recommends that the Board of Directors approve the following motion: Motion that the Board of Directors: (a) Authorize the General Manager to execute the contract between the Trinity River Authority of Texas and McCownGordon Construction LLC in the amount of $52,767,234 for the construction of the General Office Complex Expansion; (b) Authorize the General Manager to execute the Architectural Services Agreement between the Trinity River Authority of Texas and Brown Reynolds Watford Architects, Inc., in substantially the form presented, in the amount of $1,190,000 for Basic Services and $297,500 for Special Services for construction administration architectural services associated with the General Office Complex Expansion; and (c) Authorize the General Manager to execute the Materials Testing Services Agreement between the Trinity River Authority of Texas and Raba Kistner, Inc., in the amount of $651,734 for construction materials testing services associated with the General Office Complex Expansion.
