CONTRACT TEXAS COMMISSION ON ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY. Pg. 93 Memorandum dated May 16, 2023 from Manager, Watershed Sciences and Grants. (1) Explanation by Amir A. Rupani and Glenn C. Clingenpeel. (2) Recommendation: The Resources Development Committee recommends that the Board of Directors approve the following motion: Motion that the Board of Directors authorize the General Manager to execute the Cooperative Reimbursement Contract between the Trinity River Authority of Texas and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality for an amount not to exceed $936,538 for the Clean Rivers Program.
