The purpose of this item is to consider a resolution approving a Chapter 380 Economic Development Agreement with Meals Made Easy by Brooke LLC DBA Delightful Project “Dessert.” The proposed agreement provides a reimbursement-based economic development grant of $1,700 for permit fee reimbursement and a façade/signage reimbursement of 50% up to $5,000, for a total incentive not to exceed $6,700.<br><br>The incentive will support Delightful’s expansion into Rowlett to a new location at 3522 Main Street, Suite 100. The new location will be an approximately 715 square foot limited-service restaurant location in Downtown Rowlett.<br><br>Meals Made Easy by Brooke LLC DBA Delightful presented its incentive request to the Economic Development Advisory Board on February 17, 2026.
