Acting President Benavides spoke to be able to check for contaminates at the Data Center now, General Manager Michael Saldaña explained that is part of a Customer Service Inspection, so we would not be able to do that until full completion. Counsel Slobodin explained TCEQ regulates the wastewater permits, not CCSUD. Acting President Benavides stated he has been trying to get in touch with Palomino, they kept sending him to someone else and he has not been able to speak to a single person. He wants to see what they are building with the specifics. He invited Palomino to come out and speak to it.
