GPS location will be collected and documented for each Manhole and clean out. Upon completion of the survey, the district will be provided with access to an electronic copy of the report. A copy can also be provided on a flash drive upon request. The report will contain a summary of the survey reflecting total numbers inspected, deficiencies found and cost estimates for repairs. *-The number of manholes and clean outs shown are provided by the district’s engineer or pulled from the district’s maps. In the event we discover more manholes or clean outs while onsite we will perform an inspection on those as well and they will be billed additionally. The district will be billed based on the total number of manholes and clean outs shown on the report.
