III.A.f. Request for Approval to increase the adult breakfast and lunch meal price for the 2026-2027 school year, in compliance with TDA and USDA guidelines. Presenter: Alfonso H. Perez Description: The USDA requires that adult meal prices in the National School Breakfast and Lunch Programs cover the full cost of the meal, as adult meals are not reimbursed by federal funds.  USDA guidance specifies that the minimum adult meal charge should be equal to the free student reimbursement rate plus the commodity value per meal. Due to increased food, labor, and operational costs, and ensure compliance with USDA regulations, we are recommending a price increase for adult breakfast and lunch meals.
