H.24. Consider Approval of Vendor to Upgrade Lighting for the Brewer High School Auditorium Description: The district issued RFP 2526-09 Upgrade Auditorium Lighting & Replace Stage Draperies . We received 3 responses. This project will replace aging auditorium lighting with modern, energy-efficient LED theatrical lighting and control components, improve lighting performance and reliability for student and community events, and replace existing stage draperies that have reached the end of their useful life. The upgrades will enhance the functionality, safety, and overall presentation quality of the Brewer High School Auditorium. Following evaluation of the proposals based on the criteria outlined in the RFP, staff identified Associated Controls + Design LLC as the best value to the district. The total cost will be $664,350. This expense will be paid from bond funds.
