Consider Approval of Vendor for Consulting Services for Roof Replacements Description: The District experienced hail damage to several roofs and requires consulting services to support the replacement process. These services include building evaluations, preparation of bid documents and specifications, assistance with bid evaluations, and construction administration. Armko Industries, Inc. has been identified to provide these services. The District has worked with Armko previously and has been pleased with their performance. Their fee is 7.5% of the total construction contract amount and will be fully covered by the District’s insurance carrier. As a result, there is no final cost to the District.
