Consideration and Possible Action Regarding Selection of a Design Professional for the Agricultural Facility Renovation Project and Delegate Authority to the Superintendent to Negotiate and Enter into a Contract Presenter: Rick Kirkpatrick Description: O'Connell Robertson recently completed the design and oversaw construction of the 2023 Hail Damage and HVAC Replacement Project and recently completed the design for the 2026 HVAC Replacement Project. I met with their principal architect and principal engineer last week at the meat market to examine the scope of work. While the scope is complex, O'Connell Robertson has proven their ability to complete difficult projects for us in the past and I recommend that we select them for the Ag. Facility Renovation.
