Discuss WHCRWA meeting. Director Blumrick provided an update on the WHCRWA meeting held on August 12, 2026. He noted that the conversion figures for the month of July were discussed, reflecting a rate of 34.38%. Mr. Buckley noted that the discrepancy between his report and the WHCRWA report is attributable to the timing of the data pull.
