[Account Numbers 6100-1090-001-432056 (Administration Fees), #6100-1090-001-4325056-025 (Aetna Stop-Loss), #6100-1090-001-432056-030 (Administration Fees Dental), #6100-1090-001-452015-005 (Plan Premiums Vision Aetna), & #6100-1090-001-432057 (Cafeteria Administration)] Issue : On February 23, 2026, Item 12, a Commissioners Court authorized the Purchasing Agent to advertise a Request for Proposals for the procurement of employee health benefits such as health, dental, vision, prescription drug, stop loss, third-party administration and other related health benefits pursuant to the Professional Services Procurement Act. Solution: Consideration to award to the highest-ranking firms for each category of health benefit services as recommended by the evaluation committee based on the published weighted criteria and in accordance with the Texas Government Code; Professional Services Procurement Act. Result : If approved, General Counsel will prepare the professional service agreements for each award for final execution and approval of terms, conditions and associated fees by the Webb County Commissioners Court.
