Consider/Approve Bexar County Precinct 3 Constables Office Interlocal Agreement for Law Enforcement Services Presenter: Doug Whitehead and Corbee Wunderlich Description: Background : To ensure sufficient security and protection of students, staff, and property, the Comal Independent School District and the Bexar County Precinct 3 Constables Office enter into a yearly interlocal agreement for the provision of law enforcement services. This agreement reflects the services of 8 officers to accommodate the six CISD campuses located in Bexar County. Recommendation : It is the recommendation of the Superintendent that the Board of Trustees approve the Interlocal Agreement with the Bexar County Precinct 3 Constables Office as presented.
