Consider Approval of One-Step Procurement Method for Construction Manager-at-Risk Services Description: Administration recommends approval of the one-step procurement method for selecting a Construction Manager-at-Risk (CMAR) for the HVAC bond project, in accordance with Texas Government Code Chapter 2269. The one-step procurement process combines qualifications and pricing into a single solicitation, allowing the District to evaluate proposers based on published selection criteria, including demonstrated competence, qualifications, past performance, and proposed fees. This method is expected to provide an efficient and competitive procurement process while ensuring the selection of the firm that offers the best value to the District.
