Bookkeeper’s Report . Mr. Flores presented the Bookkeeper’s Report and Investment Report, copies of which is attached hereto as Exhibit C. Director Jackson directed the Board's attention to the budget comparison and requested that the bookkeeper update the monthly reserve figures to accurately reflect the available funds in relation to the public funds on hand. The Board briefly discussed the difference between the West Harris County Regional Water Authority's (WHCRWA) net revenue and the District's revenue. It was noted that the variance is attributable to a timing issue. Upon motion by Director Jackson, seconded by Director Arnold, after full discussion and the question being put to the Board, the Board voted unanimously to approve the Bookkeeper’s Report to authorize payment of check nos. 2338 through 2362 from the General Operating Fund and check nos. 1697 through 1718 for Deposit Refunds, and to sign the investment report.
