Review Tax Assessor and Collector’s Report and authorize payment of bills . Mr. Flores presented to the Board the Tax Assessor and Collector’s Report for the period ending July 31, 2026, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit B. Mr. Flores noted that as of July 31, 2026, 98.75% of the District’s 2025 taxes have been collected. It was noted that the Harris County certified values will be coming out at the beginning of September. Mr. Flores presented five checks for Board review and approval. Upon motion by Director Jackson, seconded by Director Blumrick, after full discussion and the question being put to the Board, the Board voted unanimously to approve the Tax Assessor and Collector’s 203206302.1 - 2 - Report, and to authorize payment of checks from the Tax Account to the persons, in the amounts, and for the purposes described in the Tax Assessor and Collector’s Report.
