III.C.a.  Approval of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Texas Christian University and Donna ISD for school years 2026-2027 and 2027-2028. Presenter: Lydia Gonzalez-Lugo Description: Texas Christian University prepares graduate school counseling candidates to fulfill their educational missions of the State of Texas at the graduate degree level with the intention of completing the educator preparation program requirements for the Texas Education Agency certification process.  The parties mutually agree to this agreement for the purpose of providing a field placement and/or clinical practice site for one or more candidates to participate in the Educator Program at Donna ISD schools.
