H.4. Consider Approval of Vendor for Compensation and Staffing Analysis Description: The District has requested a proposal from the Texas Association of School Boards (TASB) to conduct a comprehensive compensation and staffing analysis. TASB is a leading resource for public school compensation data in Texas and will evaluate the District’s pay structures, review current employee salaries, compare compensation with relevant peer districts, and provide recommendations for any appropriate adjustments. The analysis will help the District remain competitive in the employment market while ensuring the responsible use of taxpayer funds. TASB will also review staffing levels across various positions to identify potential opportunities for reorganization or improved operational efficiency. The analysis is expected to be completed in time for the District to evaluate the recommendations and consider any changes for the 2027-2028 school year.
