H.8. Consider Approval of Interlocal Agreement with the EPIC6 Purchasing Cooperative Description: At the June 15, 2026, Regular Board Meeting, the Board approved the District’s purchasing cooperatives for the 2026-2027 school year. The District has since received an interlocal agreement to participate in the Educational Purchasing Interlocal Cooperative at Region 6 (EPIC6). Purchasing cooperatives allow the District to obtain goods and services at competitive prices while supporting compliance with applicable state and federal procurement requirements. Adding EPIC6 to the District’s approved purchasing cooperatives will expand the number of vendors and purchasing options available to the District. There is no cost to participate in the EPIC6 purchasing cooperative.
