Discuss and consider approval of the TASB Insurance Proposal including endorsement of the authorization of payment. Discuss and consider approval on purchases over $10,000.00 Discuss and consider approval on purchases over $50,000.00 Closed Session: Personnel (Tex. Gov’t Code 551.074): and Consultation with Attorney (Tex. Gov’t Code 551.071: To deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, resignation, duties, discipline, or dismissal of an employee and Legal Consultation with an attorney regarding confidential attorney-client advice, purchases, exchange, lease, or value of real property.
