Appointment of TASB Delegate and Alternate for the 2026 Delegate Assembly Presenter: Dr. Jessica Gore Description: The Board will consider appointing a Delegate and Alternate to represent Snyder ISD at the 2026 Texas Association of School Boards (TASB) Delegate Assembly. The Delegate Assembly is TASB’s official membership meeting, where member boards participate in setting the direction of the Association, including consideration of advocacy priorities, election of TASB directors and officers, and other Association business. The 2026 Delegate Assembly will be held Friday, October 9, 2026, during txEDCON in Houston. Each active member board may appoint one Delegate and one Alternate. Both representatives may participate on the Assembly floor, with each member board receiving one vote.
