Discussion and possible action to allow County staff to initiate discussions with Howland Engineering, pursuant to Master Surveying Agreement, to develop a proposed scope of services and cost for surveying, or to validate current surveys, of Old Wormser Road from its intersection with Ejido and Cuatro Vientos (Loop 20) and from Cuatro Vientos Rd. (Loop 20) to its intersection with the Lomas Del Sur extension (Wormser Rd. realignment) and any other matters incident thereto. [Sponsored by Webb County Commissioner Jesse Gonzalez, Pct. 1] Issue: A metes & bounds survey is required for Commissioners Court to make a determination for any future action. Solution: Securing an official metes & bounds survey will provide an accurate description of the area to determine any future action. Result: Commissioners Court will be able to take official action on any proposed land use.
