H.25. Consider Approval of Vendor to Paint the Interior of Brewer High School Description: The district issued RFP 2526-06 Interior Painting of Brewer High School . We had 11 responses. This project will provide for the preparation and painting of interior walls and other designated surfaces throughout Brewer High School, improving the appearance of the facility and helping maintain district assets. The work is scheduled to be completed during the summer months to minimize disruption to school operations. Following evaluation of the proposals based on the criteria outlined in the RFP, staff identified JNA Painting & Contracting Company as the best value to the district. The total cost will be $265,600 and this expense will be paid from bond funds.
