5. Discuss and Possible Action on Revising Production Reporting Rule 4.1.D The General Manager reported that the required notice period prevented a public hearing at this meeting. Director Stevens moved to authorize posting of public notices and schedule a public hearing on the proposed amendments at the August meeting. Seconded by Director Murrah. Motion carried.
