Discussion and possible action to accept a gift distribution in the amount of $3,229.35 from Target through the Meals on Wheels American National Organization in support of the Webb County Community Action Agency’s Meals on Wheels Program; and any other matters incident there. This is a gift distribution, and, therefore, does not have an impact on the general fund. Issue: The Meals on Wheels Program was selected to receive a gift distribution from Target Circle. Solution: Request authorization from the court to accept donation. Result: These funds will be available to be used for the needs of the Meals on Wheels clients.
