The Board of Directors approved a resolution to amend the Agua SUD Procurement Policy & Procedures, increasing the per diem rate for Board Directors from $60 to $120 as recommended by General Manager. The motion was made by Mr. Homero Tijerina and seconded by Mr. Ricardo Perez, and was unanimously approved by the Board.
