The Board of Directors approved the Non-Standard Service Agreement for water and wastewater to be submitted to Leo Development LLC, for the cost related to water and wastewater service for Sullivan City Estates Subdivision pending water model. The motion was made by Mr. Gerardo Perez and seconded by Mr. Adolfo Mendez, and unanimously approved by the Board.
