The Board of Directors appointed Leo Garcia, Robert Torres, John Womack, Everardo Villarreal, and nominated and appointed Mario Flores to the Agua SUD Impact Fee Advisory Committee pursuant to Tex. Local Gov’t Code §395.058 as required to review, evaluate, and update Impact Fees charged by the District. The motion was made by Dr. Adriana Villarreal, seconded by Mr. Gerardo Perez, and unanimously approved by the Board. The Board of Directors nominated and appointed Claudia Ochoa as an alternate to the Agua SUD Impact 2 Fee Advisory Committee pursuant to Tex. Local Gov’t Code §395.058 as required to review, evaluate, and update Impact Fees charged by the District. The motion was made by Mr. Jose Luis Ochoa, seconded by Mr. Roel De Hoyos, and unanimously approved by the Board.
