FEDERAL FACILITIES AND GOVERNMENTAL EMPLOYEES TO OPERATE WITH A VALID FEDERAL ID TO CONTINUE WATER AND SEWER SERVICE UNTIL THE SHUTDOWN IS OVER WITHPUT PENALTY IF PAID IN FULL THE BILLING CCYLE AFTER THE SHUTDOWN IS OVER General Manager Shadden - We have Big Hill and we have U.S. Fish and Wildlife it doesn’t affect the state but all the federal facilities and reserve so I did not turn them off because they cannot pay their bills. They will pay as soon as they open the government back up, which is supposed to be today. It was getting to the point that it has been shut down so long that employees were coming in and asking if we could help them because they would not be able to pay their bills this month. So, I felt like if they showed a valid Federal ID that we would not shut them off and then they would have to catch it back up as soon as they get paid. That is just my thinking, but that is up to the Board. Secretary Hankamer - My son is in the army and I know how it is. General Manager Shadden ~ I believe this is a good faith deal for Trinity Bay. Director Nicely —I heard before the meeting from a young man that the federal government was supposed to have a vote on it this evening and monies could go out, 70% of their wages would get paid right away and the balance.. Secretary Hankamer — 70% of their back wages? Director Nicely — Right. I read this and I thought that was kind of interesting and I thought like you wow we do have federal facilities. Secretary Hankamer -
