Discussion and possible action to engage services of Armstrong, Vaughn & Associates, P.C. to conduct financial audit for fiscal year ending September 30, 2026 Ms. Cochran stated the agreement is the same as last year except for the cost which will be $5,500, an increase of $400 from last year. Motion to engage services of Armstrong, Vaughn & Associates, PC to conduct financial audit for FY ending September 30, 2026 by Jeff Schuehle. Second by Rebecca Clark. Motion passed.
