PUBLIC COMMENT Gloria Way, Seabreeze Beacon - I am Gloria Way, I am the Publisher and Managing Editor of the Seabreeze Beacon here in Winnie. Two things I want to say, and I wish I were here last week because I wanted to give kudos to David, he retired and I hope this gets back to him. Every single time in the years that he worked here, if I had a question and I called him, he responded, he called me back with no hesitation and told me what was going on, I really appreciate that so much.
