Discussion and possible action related to updates to Notice of Intent to Drill form – District staff presented proposed updates to the District's Notice of Intent to Drill process, including the development of an online submission form to improve efficiency and reduce incomplete applications. District staff requested input from the Board. Discussion focused on the disclaimer language on the current form and Page 4 of 8 GCGCD Minutes July 9, 2026 suggested changes to improve the responses from the District if water rights are currently permitted. Mr. Nielson provided suggestions for discussion and noted the rules committee will be meeting on July 21st and will provide a recommendation to the board. No action was taken.
