Staff Report & Agenda Item Details

SURPLUS EQUIPMENT TO BE SOLD AT AUCTION General Manager Shadden — It had high mileage so we replaced this truck in drainage. I had it in the budget to replace 2 trucks and this is the 24 one we are replacing. We would like to take it to Horn auction at her next sale in September. Just taking care of business to declare it as surplus property. Vice President Nicely - When we take these items over to Horn, do we either paint over or scrap off the TBCD logos. Drainage Superintendent Roy — Yes, we remove all logos and license plates and clean them up. Vice President Nicely — Okay. Secretary Hankamer made a Motion to approve declaring unit #0192, a 2016 Ford XL 4x4 with 117,696 miles as surplus equipment to be sold at auction. The motion was seconded by Director Rayburn and it passed by unanimous vote.
