PUBLIC COMMENT Gloria Way — This is about Agenda item #17. Consider and possible action Approving an agreement between Dutton Lake, LLC and Trinity Bay to provide sewer service to 99 housing units on FM 1663 and Ledoux Rd. at a cost of $120,000.00. My question here, and I am a little confused about it, maybe when we get to this item you can explain it. Are they asking us to not bill the sewer lines, not put the water line in but just to, it needs to be explained, I don’t know if it has to do with putting their sewer lines in for them? President Caraway — You want to wait Jerry and explain that later or you want to do that now, it is up to you? General Manager Shadden ~ I will explain it when we get to the agenda item.
