Action Agenda 3.d- Review and consider proposed revisions to the Independent Contractor Professional Services Agreement between Steven Walthour and North Plains Groundwater Conservation District. Bob Zimmer moved to approve the revised Independent Contractor Professional Services Agreement to allow $34,806.89 for the period of October 1, 2025, through September 30, 2026. Justin Crownover seconded the motion, and it was approved unanimously.
