Discussion and possible action to add Hilmar Starcke as authorized signer on First United Bank account. Motion to add Hilmar Starcke as authorized signer to GCGCD First United bank account by Bill Jones. Second by Jeff Schuehle. Ms. Clark asked for clarification of who the current signers are. Ms. Page 3 of 6 GCGCD Minutes August 14, 2025 Cochran stated that she, as GM and PFIO and Mr. Jones as treasurer, are the other authorized signers. Mr. Starcke called for a vote. Motion passed.
