Shawn Vickers, Kiva Consulting – update on GCGCD app. Mr. Vickers presented an update on the District’s upgrade of ESRI software licenses and the new features available for use by the District staff. Mr. Vickers discussed how the most current GCAD data was processed to calculate the June 2025 Carrizo Water rights which the District has already posted on its website. Mr. Vickers presented examples of how the District can generate water level contour maps from monitoring well data and gave an update on the groundwater layer that will assist the District with permit applications, groundwater leases, and future plotting of potential wells related to the notices of intent to drill wells.
