Call to order – Mr. Starcke opened the hearing at 4:32 PM. Mr. Starcke announced that counsel for Ranchy requested a continuance be granted so he could attend a family graduation. The District and District’s counsel Mr. Gershon believe that the request is for good cause. Mr. Starcke approved the request and announced the new date and time of the show cause hearing.
