Action Agenda 3.b.- Receive report regarding 2025 annual production reporting. Kristen Blackwell provided the board an update on producers who had exceeded their allowable annual production limit. She reported that there were twenty-two over produced GPUs consisting of eighteen water right owners. Eight of the GPUs had settled their over production, four GPUs recalculated their production using alterative methods, nine GPUs were still in progress and one GPU water right owner has requested to speak to the board. This producer is anticipated to be on the August 2026 agenda. This item was for reporting purposes; therefore, no motion was made by the board.
