Consideration and possible action to approve a resolution by the South Texas Water Authority requesting financial participation from the Texas Water Development Board; authorizing the filing of an application for financial participation; and making certain finding in connection therewith. STWA Regular Meeting Minutes June 30, 2026 Page 5 Mr. Marez stated that STWA has the opportunity to pursue funding through the Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) under the one-time Water Supply Infrastructure Grant (WSIG) Program. He presented Resolution 26-12 authorizing submission of an application requesting up to $21,000,000 in financial assistance for cligible water supply and infrastructure improvements. Approval of the resolution authorizes submission of the application but does not obligate STWA to incur debt or expend local funds.
