Discussion and possible action to approve renewal of permit IRR-2021-WX-14 Page 3 of 8 GCGCD Minutes July 9, 2026 Santos Patronos/Ray Thomas for 129.985 AF/YR from the Wilcox Aquifer for an additional five years – Ms. Cochran stated that this permit renewal application is administratively complete. The District conducted a site visit, verified water rights, and the installation of a meter on the well for more accurate reporting. This application meets the criteria for renewal under GCGCD Rule 5.3(g). Mr. Thomas and Mr. Coatney were offered an opportunity to address the board. Motion to renew the Santos Patronos permit for an additional five years by Jeff Schuehle. Second by Jamie Nielson. Motion passed.
