Harold Grall moved to approve the Independent Contractor Service Agreement between North Plains Groundwater Conservation District and Steve Amosson for the period of October 1, 2025, through September 30, 2026, and total payments not to exceed $30,000. Justin Crownover seconded the motion, and it was approved unanimously.
