ORDER CALLING DIRECTORS’ ELECTION FOR NOVEMBER 3, 2026 AND APPOINTING AN ELECTIONS ADMINISTRATOR 2 Anna Seale, District Co-Counsel - So, you can go ahead and approve the order from Kate? Has Kate sent you the order yet? General Manager Shadden — Yes, Kate's going to do the order for us. Anna Seale, District Co-Counsel — Perfect, so you can go ahead and approve that now. General Manager Shadden - OK, this is for precincts for Victor and Les. They're both of those are up, so we'll have to do an order, put it in the paper and advertise, and if anybody wants to run against them, they can. If not, then we'll just cancel the order and go forward. So, work on the staying, please. And Crystal has volunteered to be the administrator. It's not really too bad now because we've actually done a few elections to where we actually have ours set up based on the county's precincts and everything else to where it's all in the computer now to where before we had to actually go out and physically find all the addresses and everything to do that. All of that is done now, so it's an opportunity to have. Director Woody made a Motion to call the Directors Election for November 3, 2026, for Precincts 1 and 3, and appointing an Elections Administrator. The motion was seconded by Director Rayburn and it passed by unanimous vote.
