The Board of Directors received a presentation by Ms. Rosana Ramirez, Seven Seas Water Group, on a Public Private Partnership of a groundwater (Brackish) Desalination Plant. The Board of Directors posed several questions, leading to an extensive discussion during the presentation between Seven Seas Water Group Representatives and the Agua SUD Board Directors. 4, The Board of Directors reviewed and adopted the October 6, 2025, Agua board meeting minutes.
